A Bold, Brand-Forward Office Designed for Growth in Chula Vista, CA
The Challenge
This project required us to maximize a small office footprint while planning for future growth. The client needed a space that could support a growing team, function efficiently day to day, and make a memorable first impression from the moment someone stepped through the front door. Just as important, the office needed to reflect the client’s creative identity by incorporating their own artwork and delivering a bold, brand-forward experience.
What Mattered Most to the Client
The client wanted a colorful, expressive workplace that felt original, energetic, and highly customized to their brand. Showcasing their creative side was a top priority, with an emphasis on vibrant color, rich texture, and unique materials throughout the office. In short: no beige, no bland, and no cookie-cutter corporate feel.
What We Handled
Our team re-evaluated how the existing office space was being used and developed a more strategic workplace layout to improve flow, collaboration, and functionality. We created distinct work zones and meeting areas to better support each group, added desks to accommodate company growth, and designed a custom elevated entry platform that serves as a flexible “work-away-from-your-desk” space. We also created an eye-catching branded lobby moment featuring a bold logo installation to strengthen the client’s visual identity from the moment guests arrive.
Strategic Moves We Made
We used smart space planning and creative workplace zoning to make the office feel larger, more functional, and more dynamic. Every square foot was considered carefully so the space could support focus, collaboration, flexibility, and brand impact at the same time. By combining efficient office design with customized architectural features and layered finishes, we transformed a compact footprint into a high-performing, highly memorable workplace.
