Project: San Diego Castles Realty

This is the first of 2 offices we have designed and furnished for this growing real estate team. They requested “an environment similar to the genius bar at the Apple store” so we focused on a clean tech-inspired look with fun pops of color and our own version of a real estate genius bar, complete with an iPad to view properties! Provided interior design, furniture, and construction collaboration

Project: City of Carlsbad Office

We helped the city offices transition from outdated 6′ tall cubicles to a more modern and open workplace.

Adding glass meeting rooms and offices and collaboration spaces were key elements of this design.

Project: National Food Group

This fast-growing company needed flex space to meet and collaborate in and they requested some personality and pizzazz in their space.

Project: Processing Point

This tech product company was growing out of its office space and needed to expand quickly

We designed a cool warehouse workspace with a big ass fan (yes, that’s its real name) and a custom collaboration wall.

Project: Lantern Crest Senior Living

We worked with the developer/owner on this ground-up new build providing all interior construction documents, details, and furniture

for the lobby, dining room, bar, 50’s themed diner, bowling alley, worship space, gym, and executive offices.

Event & Theatre:

Project: Billy Gene Is Marketing

We combined 4 existing office suites into 1 to create a brand-new theater, studio, podcast room, and office space.

Custom theater seating and VIP suite design along with all workspace and podcast

Provided furniture, interior design, and construction collaboration for 8200 sq ft.

Project: San Diego Methodist Church

Our team was hired to create a new concept for the indoor-outdoor flex space and ancillary worship & gathering spaces.

We developed areas that could create new streams of income from events, weddings, and gatherings and created custom wayfinding and signage

The interior design included Worship areas, outdoor areas, group rooms, a coffee shop, and administration offices.

Retail & Showroom:

Project: Mossy Car Dealership

Our team collaborated with ownership to develop a new Starbucks-style car buying experience.

Integrating a coffee shop, lounge, presentation area and kids’ theater into our sales floor.

Check out the cool branded signage and roll-up garage-style door facing the car lot.

Project: Huntington Beach Row Home

A special project for a personal friend…we made sure to infuse this space with light, cheerful coastal vibes.

After completion, this project sold for almost double what was paid for it.

Every single inch of this space was custom designed and crafted by artisans.

All furniture, doors, cabinetry and millwork were painstakingly designed by hand.

This one-of-a-kind project was designed, & furnished by us and we were on site constantly to manage all details.

What began as a simple refresh turned into a complete home renovation and furniture project
