Getting creative with your expansion
can mean using space in unusual ways- like this!
This warehouse-to-workspace conversion
was for a company whose product development team
was bursting at the seams.
So, we thought outside of the box to solve this problem
and saw potential in their unused warehouse space.
We added a big ass fan (yes, that’s the real name) to circulate the air
and a faux fireplace that actually keeps the space toasty warm.
Real wood rolling barn doors and accent walls
gave the space a little more ‘wow factor’ and
we added whiteboard painted walls to keep the team’s collaborative spirit flying high.
The end result: employees were clamoring to relocate to this space, and on San Diego’s perfect weather days, they roll the garage doors open to enjoy the scenery!
